Challenge
RavanYaar needed an experience where three very different groups — clients, counselors and the platform admin — could each follow their own clear path without confusion: from taking a psychology test and understanding the result, to a counselor managing their available hours, to an admin overseeing the whole operation.
Approach
- Designed psychology tests with multi-dimensional visual reports — radar charts, donut charts and a response heatmap instead of a single dry number
- An independent counselor panel for defining available hours, days off and viewing a session calendar
- An admin panel for overseeing requests, active counselors and sessions across the whole platform
- A free evaluation form as a low-friction entry point for new clients
- A single consistent design language across all three panels
